ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--International Fuel Technology, Inc. (IFT) (OTCBB: IFUE - News) announced that one of its European distribution partners made an initial sale of GasoLIFT™ 10, IFT’s proprietary fuel additive formulation for gasoline. GasoLIFT™ 10 has demonstrated the ability to improve fuel economy and provide other benefits to gasoline engines.
“IFT’s primary commercial focus continues to be the bulk sale of our proprietary diesel fuel additive formulations,” said Axel Farhi, IFT’s Director of Global Business Development. “However, the ever increasing price of gasoline has prompted many of our distribution partners to also focus on our GasoLIFT™ 10 product and the fuel economy benefits that it provides to retail consumers of gasoline.”
“The combustion enhancement properties of our fuel additive technologies have been demonstrated across the spectrum of liquid hydro carbon fuels," said Sergio C. Trndade, IFT’s Chief of Science and Technology. “The increase in worldwide demand for gasoline, the tight supply-demand for fuel and resulting price escalation is causing retail end users to focus on ways to improve fuel economy. This market dynamic is providing a growing opportunity for our GasoLIFT™ 10 fuel additive formulation.”
IFT’s European distribution partner, an established company with existing clients, has purchased GasoLIFT™ 10 in bulk and repackaged it in individual bottles for sale into retail markets in Europe and Asia.
