IFT to Commence Phase II Testing With The National Railway Company of Belgium (SNCB)

Thursday, 02 August 2012 08:27
ST. LOUIS, August 2, 2012 – International Fuel Technology, Inc. (IFT) (OTCBB:IFUE) announced today that SNCB has completed Phase I testing and is moving forward with Phase II testing, a far more comprehensive field validation process.

SNCB (www.b-rail.be) was founded in 1926 and is responsible for all of the rail operations, both passenger and freight, in Belgium. SNCB annually transports over 200 million passengers and hauls approximately 60 million tons of freight.

“SNCB is one of many European and U.K.-based rail operators that are either in the validation process, or have agreed to commence a validation process, with DiesoLiFT™ 10,” said Axel Farhi, IFT’s Director of Global Business Development.

“DiesoLiFT™ 10’s proven ability to reduce fuel consumption, maintenance expenses and harmful emissions is generating a high level of inquiries and interest worldwide. We are engaged in a record number of large-scale commercial projects,” added Mr. Farhi.

“Our recently agreed upon $4.5 million financing deal with Black Diamond Financial Group will provide us with sufficient capital to comfortably execute our business plan,” said Jonathan Burst, IFT’s Chairman and CEO.
